I was watching an episode of Hollywood True Story on E! Network not that long ago which focused on the life of Food Network personality, Rachael Ray. Toward the end of the program, one of the segments focused on the negative aspects of her fame. Rachael expressed, regarding the website Rachael Ray Sucks (rrsux.com), that everyone is entitled to their opinion.

It seems like she would adore Rachael Ray, as it is abundantly obvious that she eats a full meal every 30 minutes. I thought she was extremely annoying the two times I’ve tried to watch her show (30 minute meal or was it meals?) I never watched her since those two attempts well over three years ago. That’s what you do if you don’t like something on TV…don’t watch it.

I admire Rachael Ray’s passion and love for cooking. Through hard work, she has become a celebrity in the culinery world for ordinary people. Now, who said only the culinery chefs are the best? If you check out the best culinery schools, they will teach you the basics of holding and cutting with a knife, basting, the proper way to cook and blah, blah, blah. All good if you want to work in fine dining, but the true way is either a talent/gift or surrounding yourself with great mentors who teaches you to cook well.
As far as the Hate Rachael site, the founder really needs to read what we say about her and pour to into her heart. She is very negative, shows she very ugly inside and out, jeolous, low self esteem, supports and promotes hatred etc. etc .. the list goes on ….( you can fill in the blanks.)
Glad to see that Rachael Ray can raise above the hate. I am in support with all who support Rachael Ray. I agree if you do not like watching her show, exercise the option to turn the channel. The negative people should channel doing something positive like community service like helping the needy.

I agree with you all. She does need a new hobby. The LORD doesn’t care what you have and what you don’t. RR is a human and she is very good at what she does. I am still not a Rachael Ray fan. I find the woman to be extremely annoying and overexposed, but now I choose to just change the channel. I’ve become a much happier person now that I no longer dwell on someone who irritates the shit out of me. Life is too short to be so negative and mean-spirited. Besides, in this crappy economy, the last thing on my mind is Rachael Ray.
So get over yourselves, grow up and understand that there will still be people who do not agree with you.
There are certain things happening in our society. Generally people are getting fatter, not exercising and eating foods that they should not eat. Ms Ray has cashed in on that. Good for her. She still sucks for it.

Rachel Ray Sucks, though it is no longer an active website, was started by a miserable woman who had nothing better in life to do. She didn’t hate Rachel Ray, she was jealous of her. Rachel had figured out how to make something out of her life while “Misty” couldn’t figure out how to get off her duff and do something productive. Who really cares if she uses her arms and says EVOO, or isn’t a trained chef. Most of us who cook dinner in our kitchens every night aren’t trained chef. It doesn’t mean that we are good cooks. It’s so sad that some people feel so bad about themselves that the only way they can fell better is by bashing somebody else who has done nothing wrong, but bring knowledge and cheer to other people.
I know lots of straight women who treat other straight women like shit.

I live abroad and we get to see Rachel Ray here too. She comes across as funny, caring, levelheaded and she shows ordinary people like me how to cook good nutritious meals.
